This degree examines a wide range of aspects of how organisations function, including their structure, functions, sources of power, management, cultures, and capacity to adapt to changing environments. The curriculum will examine the variety of factors (internal and external) that affect the formulation of corporate strategy and how they may impact an organization's performance, general effectiveness, and capacity to satisfy the requirements and interests of all stakeholders.
