Our BA Top Up in Visual Communications degree encourages students to investigate a wide range of topics, such as branding and advertising assignments, building your creative portfolios, real-world and socially driven design, and completing self-initiated projects and individual research determined by your own area of interest, whether it be branding, typography, illustration, printmaking, or photo documentary.
The degree will contain modules that examine technical skills, applied communications, and the history and theory of communications in many forms. This industry changes often due to the constant emergence of new media, yet the fundamentals of effective communication hold true whether the medium is a conventional printed brochure or a mobile advertisement.
