Our Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship (CMDA) combines online learning with in-person workshops and on-the-job training to help your employees transition from being inadvertent managers to professional managers. Our curriculum creates managers with best-practice skills who can apply their knowledge in any situation to enhance their performance, regardless of their level of experience.

Throughout the programme and beyond, they will learn how to bring greater value to difficult challenges and novel opportunities.

For people who have a L4 Higher Apprenticeship in either the Associate Project Manager or Operational/Departmental Manager credentials, the programme enables entrance to learners at Level 5. These students will study the Bridge modules rather than the Professional Practice to advance to Level 5 with their knowledge.
