Students with qualifications comparable to a regular degree are admitted to the Extended MSc International Business with Human Resource Management (HRM) programme through the integration of the standalone Graduate Certificate programme (third class, pass or ordinary).
Your transition to the MSc International Business with HRM level will be facilitated by the Graduate Certificate, which is a preparatory course that will give you a strong foundation in the abilities required.
Students will be able to go directly to the MSc International Business with HRM stage if they successfully finish the Graduate Certificate stage with a minimal overall average mark of 50%.
You can gain mastery of both the macro and micro settings of international business with a sharper focus on a human resource management context by successfully completing the eight taught modules of the MSc International Business with HRM.
You get the chance to research a human resource management topic that is pertinent to international business for your final piece of work, which can be either a dissertation or research project. The Masters' Dissertation option gives students the chance to develop, plan, and successfully complete a significant research project in the fields of international business and human resource management. Students who choose the Applied Research Project option can put the theoretical ideas they learned in the MSc International Business with HRM programme to use.
