The Extended MSc Marketing programme is an advanced marketing study programme with a focus on entrepreneurship that is both academically demanding and strategically relevant. Students who have academic credentials equivalent to a standard degree can enrol in the course because it integrates the Graduate Certificate programme (third class, pass or ordinary).
The Extended MSc Marketing with Advanced Practice programme, which additionally includes a project or an internship, is also offered.
The purpose of this programme is to help students transition from undergraduate to postgraduate study at Ulster. You can proceed onto the MSc Marketing programme by taking the integrated Graduate Certificate, which is a preparatory course that will provide you a strong foundation in the abilities required.
Students who successfully complete all three Graduate Certificate modules with a minimum cumulative average of 50% will be eligible to move on immediately to the 12-month MSc Marketing programme.
The programme stands out for its exploration of cutting-edge ideas from academic sources, paired with a curriculum that is full of real-world marketing applications. In order to address the strategic importance that businesses must become more marketing focused, more professional, and entrepreneurial in their marketing processes, it has been created in collaboration with senior marketing executives from the sector.
