The goal of this course is to help mature students who are returning to school obtain the skills and knowledge necessary to move on to a University of Bedfordshire undergraduate programme.

In order to completely prepare you for entry to your undergraduate degree, you will also explore a variety of specific subject during the foundation year. This will provide you the chance to improve your academic writing and numeracy skills.

The first year of a four-year degree includes a foundation year that is fully integrated and not a distinct curriculum. To advance to the first year of your Bachelor's degree, you must successfully finish the Foundation Year.
