Course overview

For students who have previously finished their high school education abroad, Solent University has created the International Foundation Course to help them adjust to the requirements of undergraduate study in the UK. As a result, significant support is provided for language development as well as boosting your independence and confidence to learn well in this academic environment.

You are introduced to the fundamental concepts and abilities in media, art, and design through the Creative Industries Pathway. You will have the chance to expand your expertise in a field within the Creative Industries that really interests you. The goal is to increase your capacity for creativity as well as your skills, confidence, and ability to communicate effectively. The course includes a creative project that lets you develop your ideas and will prepare you for moving on to a media- or creative-industry-related undergraduate programme.
