Professional project managers are in high demand both domestically and abroad. Agile project managers have been able to escalate and alter projects more quickly than in the past, such as with the delivery of the COVID-19 vaccine. This course was created with the needs of contemporary professional project managers in mind by the programme leader and a group of multidisciplinary academics. With this postgraduate degree, you will be able to study project management in a variety of settings, including long-term public infrastructure projects and short- to medium-term projects in for-profit, public, and private organisations.
Critical courses on research, leadership, legislation, innovation, change management, and a grasp of the global project management environment are included in the degree's well-balanced course curriculum. Because the project management function must produce concrete, quantifiable results, the degree has a practical focus as opposed to an explicitly academic or theoretical one.
